Resident Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provides timely and professional responses to resident, prospect, and vendor issues and inquiries.
- Routes incoming phone calls and mail and answers correspondence as needed.
- Affords assistance in move-in / move-out processes.
- Supports the renewal process by preparing lease renewals and contacting residents to discuss renewal options.
- Affords assistance in the use of monthly late notices, 5-Day Demand for Payments, Deposit Accounting, and other means of communication to collect past due rental balances.
- Works with third-party providers and maintains certificates of insurance to ensure proper insurance for vendors and residents.
- Collaborates in organizing resident events and sends out communications to residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree plus one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional customer service experience is required.
- Residential leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi software programs.
- Regular weekend hours will be required.
Qualifications

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is based on level of experience and ranges between an annual amount of $40,000-$43,680 + quarterly bonus, commission, and renewal commission eligibility.
Schedule
On-site employees at Golub’s residential assets are required to work regular weekend hours.
