About the role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our residents receive excellent customer service by supporting operations of our Cincinnati scattered-site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods, totaling over 750 units and growing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance with all customer service efforts for our residents.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming resident and prospect inquiries.
  • Assess the nature of each inquiry and ensure it is resolved directly or delegated appropriately.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and timely communication style.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure resident needs are met efficiently.
  • Assist residents with lease alterations including adding/removing a pet, roommate changes, sublets, renters’ insurance changes, or other similar requests.
  • Support day-to-day property operations across various functions, including leasing, administrative tasks, maintenance coordination, and general management, as needed.
  • Participate in leasing activity across the portfolio, including answering prospect questions, providing tours, and completing lease documents, as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating residential move-ins and move-outs, renewals, payments, and work order requests to deliver a high level of customer service, as needed.
  • Assist with other special projects as needed, including but not limited to: lease audits, utility management, new property onboarding, and student property turnover.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using technology.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy (company vehicles are provided).
