About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator pays exceptional attention to detail and thrives on ensuring that the customer documents and reporting are accurate and efficient. The RSC supports the Property Manager, Business Manager and Leasing Associates in ensuring that the property’s leasing and renewal processes are conducted according to policy and delivered on time to both prospective and new residents. This includes meeting the deadlines for renewal letters, new lease and move-in documents as well as ensuring that the leasing administrative tasks are complete
