Altaire (LCOR) is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The Coordinator will report to the Community Manager and focus on lease management, resident retention, and exceptional customer service for prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Assist residents with lease compliance issues (e.g., late rental payments, notice of expiring leases).
  • Review completed applications to ensure accuracy and all required signatures are present.
  • Follow established policy and procedures for qualification, screening, and acceptance of residency applications.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is collected to process applications.
  • Verify applications, prepare resident files, and manage related paperwork.
  • Organize and file reports, leases, and paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Audit recorded leases for company compliance.
  • Manage and maintain regular contact with residents through face-to-face meetings and phone contact.
  • Establish partnerships with service providers and community resource agencies.
  • Conduct program outreach and assist with new strategies for resident retention and engagement.
  • Create monthly/quarterly event calendars and produce outreach flyers and newsletters.
  • Provide information to residents regarding community resources.
  • Conduct mediation/conflict resolutions as needed.
  • Maintain and update service reports containing resident and family survey information.
  • Understand, promote, and project the corporate mission.
  • Participate in additional or special projects as required by management.
  • Assist with delivery of resident notices and leases as needed.
  • Comply with Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable work area.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly desired or minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or lease administrator, preferably with apartment lease documents.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Yardi, CRM, or LRO is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and interpret lease documents.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and outside clients.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Tactful and diplomatic through accurate verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, flexible, dependable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
