Resident Service Assistant RSA

Broad Reach Healthcare at The Victorian Assisted Living Residence in Chatham is seeking a compassionate, team player to join the team as a Per-Diem Resident Service Assistant (RSA).

About the role

Assist residents with their daily routines, including personal care and hygiene, housekeeping duties for resident rooms, and meal service in the dining room.

Requirements

• CNA certification is preferred, but not required
• Training is offered during the week

Schedule

• Per-Diem (as needed)
• Night shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Pay

Starting rate of $20 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience.
