Resident Service Assistant RSA

Broad Reach Healthcare at The Victorian Assisted Living Residence in Chatham is seeking a compassionate, team-player Per-Diem Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to assist residents with daily routines.

About the role

Join our team and support our residents with personal care and hygiene, housekeeping duties for resident rooms, and meal service in the dining room.

Pay

Starting rate of $20 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience.

Schedule

• Per-Diem (as-needed) shifts
• Night shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Training is provided during the week
