What The Day Will Look Like
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our sales group.
Report directly to the Chicago Market Leader and will have direct reports in the Chicago office.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum 10 years of Sales Leadership in the property and casualty and/or health/human capital industry.
- Proven collaboration skills to optimally lead new business teams in pursuit of target prospects.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Exceptional oral presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate sophisticated messages in written form.
- Track record of personally initiating and closing sophisticated sales.
- Consistent achievement of assigned business goals.
- Active execution in the development and maintenance of a productive sales and marketing culture.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Sales and Risk and Insurance Management/Business related curriculum preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $350,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
