Resident Program Assistant

Job Description

• Aid in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Incentivize residents to engage in programs and activities and provide transportation as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as required.

Qualifications

• No prior programming experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Must possess an active, valid driver’s license.
• Must be excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and willing to encourage participation.
• Must be patient, helpful, and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.
