Resident Navigator
About the Role
Are you passionate about hospitality, service, and creating exceptional experiences for others? We're looking for a Resident Navigator to serve as a welcoming presence and trusted point of connection for our residents throughout their journey in our community. As a key member of the Resident Experience Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth move-ins, supporting resident satisfaction, and helping residents feel right at home from day one.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new residents and families with a personalized, warm move-in experience.
- Coordinate and lead move-in orientations and apartment readiness walk-throughs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resident questions, needs, and concerns.
- Maintain regular check-ins with residents, especially during the first 90 days.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and enhance the resident experience.
- Support community events, welcome activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist Sales and Marketing with tours and move-in support as needed.
- Document resident interactions and feedback accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, resident services, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for serving seniors.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Canva experience a plus.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in fast-paced environments.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Community and office-based setting with frequent resident interaction.
- Primarily indoor work with occasional flexibility needed for events or move-ins.
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
Starting pay rate is $23 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
