Resident Monitor (Full-Time, Part-Time, & Relief)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility, following all rules and restrictions.
• Supports counselors by helping with resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises.
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.
• Participates in emergency drills, life safety practices, facility sanitation, and unusual occurrence procedures.
• Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the center, including tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to contractual obligations.
• Shift schedule: 16-24 hours per week, variable based on center needs.
• Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
• Flexible scheduling options available.
• Work schedule: willing to work additional hours during work stoppages.
• Attend and participate in required appointments and meetings.

Pay

$22.84 per hour for full-time employees.
