About the role
This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I at Gateway Santa Clara, a 42-unit affordable housing property in Santa Clara, CA. This is a Tax Credit Property.
Responsibilities
- Collects rent, makes bank deposits, prepares and submits rent roll, verifies income
- Complies with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
- Maintains waiting list, prepares and processes leases
- Supervises on-site staff
- Processes evictions, conducts annual inspections, and coordinates repairs
- For HUD properties, submits vouchers
- Develops and implements budgets and variance reports
- Manages resident problem solving and staff management
Requirements
- 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines
- Yardi Voyager experience a plus

Pay
Salary range: $22.62–$40.62 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $22.62–$31.62 per hour, depending on experience.
