Resident Manager
Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Rock Creek Ridge Apartments (168 units) in Happy Valley, OR.
About the role
As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property, and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be someone who gets great satisfaction from ensuring all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.
The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best interest of Carla Properties Ltd. Duties may vary depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide property information

Requirements
- 4+ years of prior leasing experience
- 2+ years of prior Resident Manager experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech
- Excellent leadership skills
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (40 hrs/week), with days off on Saturday and Sunday. If the end of the month falls on a weekend, you may be asked to work to complete month-end reporting.
Pay
Monthly salary range: $5,208.33 - $6,250 + commissions, depending on experience.
