Resident Electrical Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems.
• Supporting compliance and health & safety standards across the site.
• Responding to reactive issues promptly and professionally.
• Aiding with PPM tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with site teams and contractors to deliver seamless service.
• Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.

What We're Looking For

• A strong technical background with the relevant qualifications - 18th Edition.
• Experience in facilities maintenance within a commercial or customer-facing environment.
• Good working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• IOSH/NEBOSH and BIFM qualifications are a plus.
