About the role

The position is responsible for providing academic support services to students.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with course materials and assignments
• Provide guidance on study skills and time management
• Conduct workshops and seminars on various academic topics
• Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience working with college students preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for education and student success

Skills

• Knowledge of educational psychology
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Experience with online learning platforms
