About the Role
Cordova Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Resident Concierge (CNA) to assist residents with medical appointments and transportation needs. This position is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working directly with residents while providing safe and reliable transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and other scheduled trips.
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the facility van.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests.
- Assist labeling laundry and/or other items.
- Perform CNA duties as needed while supporting resident care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Requirements
- An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
