Resident Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
• Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's status to the supervisor.
• Assisting with medications as directed.
• Checking vital signs as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with medication administration in an assisted living setting is required.
• Must have completed elementary education or demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training program in assisted living is preferred.
• A positive attitude towards the elderly is essential.
