Resident Care Manager (RCM)

Job Summary

Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) for their night shift. This role requires RN licensure and plays a vital leadership role in providing high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Essential Functions

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Observe and assess residents, document significant conditions and reactions, and promptly notify supervisors, physicians, and families of any changes.
• Monitor vital signs and assess resident conditions to identify deviations from normal.
• Support, guide, and hold nursing staff accountable for compliance with state, federal, and facility policies.
• Update and adjust care plans, ADL documentation, and aide flow sheets to reflect changes in resident condition.

Education, Licensure, and Experience

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required: Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
