About the role
Brightview Joy’s Farm will open in Spring 2027, offering a unique opportunity to build your team from the ground up and help establish the hospitality, high-quality care, and distinctive atmosphere that define a Brightview community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Licensed Nurses, providing clinical supervision and support to MedTechs and Resident Assistants.
- Assess residents and implement comprehensive care plans that meet Brightview’s nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and care oversight, identify clinical trends, implement corrective actions, and monitor accurate medication delivery.
- Collaborate with residents’ physicians and medical personnel to develop and refine care plans.
- Serve as a key member of the community leadership team, creating a positive impact on residents’ ability to live active, vibrant lives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active RN license.
- Experience in geriatric nursing, gerontology, or dementia care (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare supervisory role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong computer and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, including proper grammar and professional writing.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with associates, residents, and family members.
- Ability to apply logic, reason, and problem-solving skills to complex or sensitive issues.
- Capacity to lead a team while contributing as a collaborative team member.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.
- Customer-focused orientation toward older adults.

Pay
Salary range: USD $125,000.00 – USD $135,000.00 per year. Offers will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
