About the role
The Resident Care Director is responsible for the development of nursing service objectives, performance standards of nursing personnel, and nursing policies and procedures. The role is accountable for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within his/her span of control and will periodically work the floor in order to monitor nursing staff, maintain nursing skills, and ensure adequate staffing.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in PA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in long term care.
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification in the Commonwealth of PA is preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical records software (PointClickCare preferred), internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- CPR certification based on AHA standards that include both didactic and skills components within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, professional providers, and others.

Pay
Starting salary up to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, salaried, exempt position with a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
