Resident Care Director

About the role

Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) to oversee resident care at our contemporary assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the resident care department through supervising and hands-on support of care staff
• Manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents
• Conduct daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives

Requirements

• RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
• Minimum of two years nursing experience (long-term care experience preferred)
• Supervisory experience preferred
