Resident Care Director

Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) for our contemporary assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, NC—one of the state’s fastest-growing towns, just minutes from two vibrant historic downtown districts.

About the role

Oversee resident care at the community through both supervision and hands-on support of the care staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents
• Conduct daily and weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
• Minimum of two years nursing experience (long-term care experience preferred)
• Supervisory experience preferred
