Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and direct staff in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards
• Coordinate care for residents, including disseminating information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers
• Aid the Executive Director in ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts

Requirements

• Career in Senior Living and caring for seniors
• Compassion, patience, and kindness
• Knowledge of geriatric population with complex medical needs
• Ability to train other employees on health services and oversee medication administration
• Experience in similar age demographics and operations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English
