The Difference You Will Make
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff
- Manage the coordination of care for residents
- Aid the Executive Director in ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts
