What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting nursing staff and collaborating with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, residents, and their families.
- Daily tasks may include completing nursing assessments, advocating for patients, providing patient education, and covering the floor as staffing requires.
- Assisting with admissions and discharges, attending care conferences, and creating/updating care plans, among other responsibilities.
About you
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects resident care.
- Understanding of state, federal and local regulations in relation to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements.
- Current and valid CPR certification.
Schedule
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM; 3 days on, 3 days off

Pay
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour, DOE
