Position Summary
The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) ensures the quality care of all residents. This position is responsible for promoting and integrating the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living. This position is responsible for daily operations as it relates to quality of care and services. The RCC manages the care staff in assisted living by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality care of all residents
- Promote and integrate the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living
- Oversee daily operations related to quality of care and services
- Manage care staff in assisted living: scheduling, evaluating, and supporting frontline care staff
- Report to the HWD (Health and Wellness Director)
Requirements
- Assisted living experience required
- Experience managing and supervising care staff
- Ability to schedule, evaluate, and support frontline care staff
