Resident Care Coordinator
BC1 – $20 – $23 per hour (DOE), full-time, weekdays
About the Role
A Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with the Health Services team in our Community Based Care facility to ensure the quality care of all residents. This position plays an important part in organizing and assisting with training new care staff and providing ongoing mentorship to our current employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Act as lead trainer for care team (including Caregivers and Med Techs)
- Oversee ongoing training for all staff
- Reviews assignments with Executive Director and Director of Health Services
- Works with residents on activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence
- Assist leadership with putting together staff schedules
- Document any resident change of condition
- Willing to cover shifts when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA acquired within 120 days of hire
- Must be 18 years of age

About Us
Brighton Court is located in Spokane Valley, WA. With a capacity of 49 units, it consists of 36 assisted living units and 13 memory care units. A one-level community, you really get the sense of home. Recently, we have been working on upgrading the community’s lighting, repainting the entire main lobby, and upgrading our EMAR system to PointClickCare. Led by our Executive Director Doug Edington, the community continues to run at or above 98% occupancy.
