Responsibilities
- Assists in recruiting, hiring and training of associates in the community
- Completes staffing, scheduling, and daily reviews of timekeeping reports
- Facilitates associate recognition and engagement, performance management and evaluations
- Facilitates resident care in-services and the completion of Personalized Service Plans
- Oversight of a successful wellness resident centered activity and community outreach program
Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field, preferred
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of department management experience in senior living/skilled nursing, with demonstrated supervisory and management skills
- Licenses/Certifications: Extensive knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care
