Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use.
• Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule.
• Show knowledge and understanding of block scheduling.
