About the role
River Terrace Memory Care, our beautiful community located in Oregon City, OR, has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about caring for a vulnerable population of seniors and ensuring they receive the services needed to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and instruction in all resident care functions
- Ensure all skills necessary to provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) in service to care staff, including:
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
- Bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and uphold residents’ rights
- Maintain a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide or related position
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Pay
Starting wage is $28+ per hour, based on experience and certifications.
