Responsibilities
- Aid in meal preparation, focusing on special dietary needs.
- Set and clean dining room at each meal serving and serve meals to residents.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies.
- Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Show quality customer service while interacting with residents, including respectful communication.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training in food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
