Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the 30 residents in their Assisted Living residence. This role involves assisting residents with personal cares, daily activities, and helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities
• Medication management
• Light housekeeping
• Variety of other tasks
• Memory Care cross training

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Experience with medication management, CNA, and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• If under 18, assistance in obtaining a waiver to work

Qualifications for Higher Wages

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience

Pay

• $18.75 - $20.75 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Increases upon orientation completion, and regular wage reviews
• $3.00 NOC differential
• Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives

Schedule

• PM: 42.5 hours per pay period
• NOC shift: 16 hours per pay period
• NOC shift with holiday and on-call rotation
• Casual Call: Build your own part-time schedule
