About the role

Eagle Crest North in Onalaska is seeking a caring and compassionate Resident Care Assistant to support the residents of their retirement and life community. The ideal candidate will assist residents with personal cares and daily activities, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Aid residents with personal care needs
  • Support daily activities
  • Manage medications as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous direct care experience (preferred)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (preferred)
  • CBRF Certification (preferred)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check and communicable disease screening

Pay

The starting wage is between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Night and weekend differentials, on-call and call-in pay incentives are also available.

Schedule

Casual call is offered to build your own part-time schedule. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
