Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

About the role

Eagle Crest North in Onalaska is seeking a caring and compassionate Resident Care Assistant to support the residents of their retirement and life community. The ideal candidate will primarily work with 42 residents in assisted living apartments and occasionally with 18 residents in memory care apartments.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with personal cares and daily activities
• Help residents maintain independence and dignity
• Manage medication as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with a variety of other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience (preferred but not required)
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (preferred but not required)
• CBRF Certification (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing Communicable Disease Screening

Pay

The starting wage is between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Night and weekend differentials, on-call, and call-in pay incentives are also available.

Schedule

Casual call is offered to build your own part-time schedule. Full-time positions are available.
