About the role
The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Monitor and report on resident health and safety
- Participate in scheduled shift handovers and meetings
- Follow all policies and procedures related to resident care
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid and CPR certifications are preferred but not required

Pay
$15 - $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
