About the role

The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
  • Monitor and report on resident health and safety
  • Participate in scheduled shift handovers and meetings
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to resident care

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Skills

  • Basic computer skills
  • First aid and CPR certifications are preferred but not required

Pay

$15 - $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Shifts vary from 20 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
