About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide high-quality care and support to residents in assisted living and memory care settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update Personalized Service Plans with resident and family input
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their safety, comfort, and dignity
- Monitor resident health, cleanliness, and condition; respond promptly to call bells and security alerts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas
- Follow sanitary procedures and resident rights policies
- Participate in service plan meetings and activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Prior elder or disabled care experience preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varied hours
