Resident Care Associate - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and participate in Personalized Service Plans with families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), adhering to their PSPs.
• Monitor residents' hydration, nutrition, cleanliness, and overall condition.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Respond promptly to security alerts and call bells, taking appropriate actions.
• Follow all safety, sanitary procedures, and resident rights policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
