About the role
Chelsea Place Memory Care is growing and hiring for two positions: one Fulltime (2:00 - 10:30pm) and one PRN.
Responsibilities
- Provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in assisted living.
- Makes a difference in residents’ lives each day.
- Provides just the right amount of care and self-care that residents need while promoting independence.
- Ensures residents’ well-being through meaningful relationships.
- Creates moments of connection and joy.
- Provides a loving, compassionate environment that supports the growth and wellbeing of every individual who works, visits, and lives within the community.
Qualifications
- Training and mentorship provided.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting individuals with memory loss.
