Responsibilities

• Assist memory care residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.
• Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.
• Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including evidence of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts.
• Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification welcome but not required.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.

Pay

$16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift differential is available for evening and weekend shifts.

Schedule

Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Part-Time: Sunday–Monday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
