The posted compensation range of $25.00 - $25.00 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Resident Care Aide, you will be a vital member of the resident care team, performing care duties in accordance with the mission and philosophy of our organization and its established policies and procedures.

• Receives report from previous shift and organizes shift assignments.
• Assists residents with: toileting and dressing activities (skin care, bathroom help, weights, etc.), bed making and tidying of unit; eating, unit trays, nourishments. Provides assistance to residents who regularly or intermittently need to use the toilet at night.
• Cares for, cleans, replaces resident laundry and facility supplies, equipment, appliances, etc.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with other departments. Interact in a supportive, collaborative manner with all MMT team members.
