Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to residents, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
- Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
