As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the center of what we do best—caring for our residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships as you provide assistance with activities of daily living.

About the role

The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment. The RA provides observation and documentation and assists with the onboarding of new associates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
  • Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • BLS Certification

Pay

$19.15 - $20.90 per hour. Your final wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Entry-level candidates should expect to be at the lower end of the wage range, and hiring at the maximum of the wage range is not typical.

Schedule

0.63 FTE, 50 hours per 2 weeks.
