Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to prioritize tasks independently
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities
• Maintains residents' personal environment
• Provides observation and documentation
• Assists with onboarding of new Associates
