Resident Assistant - Part-time Days/Evenings

About the role

As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the center of what we do best—caring for our residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships. You will provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living, support their personal environment, and help maintain observation and documentation. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding of new Associates.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities
• Maintain residents' personal environment
• Provide observation and documentation of resident care
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates
• Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older to operate lift equipment per statute
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification

Pay

$19.15 - $20.90 per hour. Your final wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. Entry-level candidates should expect to be at the lower end of the wage range, and hiring at the maximum is not typical. We consider internal pay equity as part of any final offer.

Schedule

0.7 FTE, 56 hours per 2 weeks.
