Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities include: Assisting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, transferring, feeding Offering emotional support and companionship Monitoring and responding to residents’ needs with attentiveness and empathy Qualifications 6 months of direct care experienceAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, and receive an annual flu shot Clear background check required Availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation Why Holland Home?
