Responsibilities
- Administer medications as assigned, following proper training and procedures.
- Absorb and assist residents in maintaining their personal hygiene and appearance.
- Support residents with bathing, toileting, dressing, and undressing.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking as needed.
- Accurately obtain and report vital signs, and adhere to infection control guidelines.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to resident orders and dietary standards.
- Clean and maintain residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
- Participate in community events and volunteer opportunities within the facility.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED may be required based on the working state.
- If using a lift to move residents, must meet the minimum state age requirement.
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training programs and competencies according to state guidelines.

Pay
