About the Role
As a Resident Assistant at WesleyLife, you will help revolutionize the aging experience by assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Open shifts available across all shifts.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
