As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant at Villas at Lincoln, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities to enhance their overall well-being
• Assist with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including reporting any hazards or concerns to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a collaborative care approach
• Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss residents' needs and create individualized care plans
