About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Build meaningful relationships through compassionate, personalized care
- Encourage residents to participate in social activities and community life
- Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Work alongside nurses and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care
Requirements
- Current New Jersey CNA or HHA certification (Required)
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or HHA
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required
