What You'll Be Doing
- Providing compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Building trusting relationships that help residents feel safe, valued, and at home
- Encouraging social interaction, engagement, and independence
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment where seniors can thrive
- Working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional resident care
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- CNA certification is welcomed but not required for Caregiver positions
- At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP
- Memory Care experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and being part of a team
