Resident Assistant
About the role
The Arbor Company is seeking Resident Assistants (Caregivers) for its luxury assisted living and memory care community. Starting salaries range from $20/hour with higher pay available based on experience. Full-time shifts are available from 7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, and every other weekend. Part-time shifts are also available.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living
- Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Encourage engagement, comfort, and connection
- Create a safe and welcoming environment
- Support residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- In Memory Care, help provide consistency, reassurance, and meaningful engagement for residents experiencing memory loss
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP)
- Memory Care experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
